Join Rita Ulloa and Jennifer Tucker for their five-day program of quilting, sightseeing and relaxation at Villa Rita, or contact them to set up a custom retreat that meets the needs of your group or guild.

All skill levels are welcome. Beginners, even those who have never sewn or quilted before, are invited to learn the basics while making a wall hanging or throw pillows from one of our original designs. Experienced quilters will appreciate the opportunity to work at their own pace with as much or as little guidance as desired. Their original block designs each reflect an aspect of Costa Rica’s natural or cultural heritage. With nine designs to choose from, each participant has the opportunity to select and lay out the blocks in her (or his!) own way. Interested?
