Cloth Paper Scissors: The same folks who publish Quilting Arts Magazine also publish this magazine, and their penchant for quality publications shines through again. While the focus is on fiber arts and collage work - including mixed media, assemblage, altered books, art dolls, visual art journals, rubber stamping, creative embroidery, and book arts - plenty of quilt information resides on the pages. Clear and concise project instructions prevail. Additionally, the projects are eye-openers and inspirations for all artists. Sigh - only 4 issues per year…but well worth it. This is the magazine to get if you’re into fiber-art postcards!
