Quilting by the Lake

Quilting by the Lake (QBL) began in 1981 as a four-day quilting conference in Cazenovia, NY, and has grown into a two-week long, nationally and internationally recognized quilting event. Located in the SUNY (State University of New York) campus in Morrisville, NY since 1990, QBL offers classes, lectures, a quilt show, vendors, and other programs to a wide array of students with diverse interests and multiple skill levels. QBL was purchased in 1003 by the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center. The 2007 conference that consists of 2-, 3- and 5-day classes will be held from 22 July – 4 August 2007.
