Focus on Kentucky

This past month a reader contacted me in her search for a member of the Kentucky Heritage Quilt Society. In that search, I was led to Linda Skye, a member in that organization. After my phone call with Linda, I was fired up about the activities that the KHQS has planned for the next year. And, after I received the packet from Linda filled with KHQS materials, I was almost overwhelmed.

So I’m going to begin to share this material with you all to let you know how you can participate in KHQS. In other words, I’m going to ‘adopt’ them for a few a while until I have all their information online. I want to thank my reader for bringing the KHQS to my attention - thank you, thank you, thank you!

The other cool thing that happened was an email I received from Virginia at Fiber Art for a Cause. It appears that you all - my readers - are the most frequent visitors to her site. Good on ya! I’m proud of you all for supporting her work for the American Cancer Society. Keep it up!
