March is National Craft Month

National Craft Month (NCM) is one of many nationwide consumer awareness programs designed to draw attention to crafts and the benefits derived from craft activities. Celebrated each March by consumers and the crafts industry, NCM activities and promotions take place nationally and locally. So open up that paper tomorrow morning to discover what’s happening in your neck of the woods!

As part of this celebration, quilters have their own National Quilting Day, which falls on 17 March this year. Check out your local quilting clubs and guilds to see what they have planned and join in - even if you just observe, you’ll be in great company.
